Description :
2、 The optical cable is designed as a loose tube bundle layer twisted structure, with the following structural characteristics:
1. The central reinforcing element is non-metallic glass reinforced fiber (FRP)
2. The loose tube material is polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and optical fibers with appropriate excess length are inserted and filled with water-resistant fiber paste.
3. As a tensile strength component, aramid yarn is designed according to the strength requirements of ADSS, and the aramid winding is adjusted to balance the torque, making ADSS have extremely high tensile strength and stress-strain characteristics.
4. The inner sheath is made of black polyethylene (MDPE), and the outer sheath is made of high-density, scratch resistant polyethylene, corresponding to working environments with spatial potential>12kV.
