The semi-trailer steel ladle for transporting molten steel and iron is a semi-trailer traction steel ladle developed and produced by the company according to customer requirements, namely the molten steel and iron handling vehicle. It is a semi-trailer vehicle used for transporting molten steel, transporting the refined molten steel to the casting span for casting or continuous casting. It can also serve as a transportation vehicle for transferring between various process stations of the refining furnace. The scheduling operation of molten iron involves the unified cooperation of multiple departments such as ironmaking, steelmaking, logistics, and production. Traditionally, the methods used for transporting molten iron have been manual, with slow information communication, high labor intensity, and certain risks. In addition, the traditional method of using small trains for transportation takes about half an hour, and the heat loss of molten iron is too large, which is not conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction. We will take measures such as conducting a series of safety training, increasing the investigation of safety hazards, and strengthening the management of key positions and weak personnel to further enhance the safety awareness of the majority of employees, improve the standardized operation level of positions, and ensure the safe transportation of molten iron.
