　　What's the reason why the suction truck hasn't been able to suck for many years? The sanitation truck manufacturer tells you to check the following places:

　　1. To inspect the suction pipe of the car, first draw a can of water and check if there are any cracks or fissures in the suction pipe during the suction process. Then, check if the joint under supervision is not tightly wrapped.

　　2. Check if the leather ring of the rear cover of the suction truck has corroded? Is the discharge valve on the suction tail tilted or has a problem with the leather pad?

　　Fecal and sewage suction truck: operation process

　　(1). Draw the fecal suction hose as deep as possible into the fecal liquid, and keep the end of the hose below 300mm from the liquid level during operation.

　　(2). Push the handle of the four-way valve perpendicular to the ground.

　　(3). Shift the transmission to neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to shift the power take-off, and the vacuum pump starts running.

　　(4) Open the toolbox inside the cab, pull out the buzzer switch, and turn on its power.

　　(5) Operators should pay attention to monitoring the situation near the inlet of the fecal suction hose and use appropriate tools to block debris to prevent blockage.

　　(6) The operator can use the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified and colleagues should quickly pull the suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the buzzer will emit sound and light signals. When the driver receives the signal, they should reduce the throttle, shift the power take-off switch forward out of gear, stop the vacuum pump, press the buzzer switch, and cut off its power supply.

　　(7) Close the fuel tank by aligning the straight plug handle plate with the axis of the inlet box. (8) After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and make the suspension rod face above the cab.

　　(8) Close the anti overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the road axis.

　　(9) Drive the fecal suction truck and sewage suction truck away from the work site.
