    Description :

      

      Bubble water level gauge

      Insert a tube with an air volume at the top into the water, and introduce a small amount of air into the tube in a constant flow direction. By measuring the air pressure inside the tube, the current water level can be calculated. The bubble type water level gauge only has one air tube entering the water and is pressurized during testing. It is usually in a state of no pressure or slight pressure, so the float is very small and does not need to be calibrated regularly.

      Scope and characteristics of application:

      1) High measurement accuracy (millimeter level), large range (up to 70m or more), maintenance free, anti vibration, long service life;

      2) The instrument has simple installation, flexible operation, and networking. It only requires placing the air duct and gas container into the water, without the need for well logging, saving civil engineering investment;

      3) Especially suitable for flowing water bodies, large, medium, small rivers, reservoirs, or industrial wastewater with severe water pollution and strong corrosiveness;

      4) There is no electrical connection between the device and the tested water body, only one air pipe enters the water, which can avoid many interferences and influences, forming its own usage characteristics, and the data is stable and reliable.

      Notes:

      1) The cross-section of the airway tube should be leveled, with one end connected to the PB interface of the equipment and locked with a nut, and the other end connected to the quick tightening joint of the air volume and locked with a nut to prevent the airway from loosening, leaking, and other phenomena;

      2) The bottom of the measuring gas volume should be installed as far away from the bottom of the water body as possible and fixed to avoid blockage of the product probe by sludge and debris at the bottom, ensuring measurement accuracy.

      3. Installation requirements for chassis:

      ① Bubble type water level gauge is a precision measuring instrument that needs to be installed in a safe location such as a cabinet with external protection or indoors (station building).

      ② The chassis of the bubble water level gauge must be wall mounted. Pay attention to installing the external air duct of the chassis with the head facing downwards.

      4. Selection of installation points for civil engineering:

      ① The installation point of the water level gauge should be careful not to be installed below the water level to avoid the danger of being submerged by the water level gauge equipment after rising;

      ② Due to the need for wireless communication, it is important to pay attention to any special issues that may affect communication, such as high-voltage power lines or mountains, around the installation site;

      ③ For the selection of installation points for underwater gas chambers, it is not advisable to choose return water bays, areas with particularly fast water flow, or areas with a high amount of underwater garbage, in order to avoid the problem of blockage of underwater gas chambers;

      ④ The underwater air tank/chamber must be installed at a 45 ° inclination in the direction of the water flow or vertically downwards, and the installation position should be about 0.5m below the historical water level;

      5. Installation requirements for trachea:

      ① When installing the bubble water level gauge air tube probe, the installation position and existence method are particularly important, which is related to the accuracy of water level measurement. The installation position of the probe must be such that it cannot vibrate with water flow and surges, and must be completely fixed.

      ② The air duct requires a protective pipe made of Φ 50mm galvanized stainless steel pipe for protection, which should be buried underground as much as possible to avoid human damage. The air line must follow a downward slope, and the curvature of all bends in the protective pipe should not be too sharp. The air duct should have a smooth passage, and high-density concrete blocks with a certain amount and stability should be inserted into key parts of the riverbank to fix the air duct, prevent flood threats or collapse, or fix the air duct on existing stable buildings.

      ③ The outlet of the trachea must generally be installed 0.5 meters below the water level. If there is a water purification device with a capacity of 2000 cubic centimeters, it can improve the reading accuracy of the pressure sensor.

      ④ The installation of the trachea on the riverbank can be divided into two types: one is slope installation, and the other is vertical installation.
