　　Measurement principle of pressure transmitter

　　A pressure transmitter is an instrument device that converts pressure into an electric signal, and the standard output signal is generally a DC electrical signal such as 4-20mA or 1-5V. It can measure pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, and negative pressure.

　　There are many online claims about the daily maintenance and upkeep of intelligent high-precision pressure transmitters, which can be dizzying. Today, we will summarize the aspects that need to be paid attention to during the maintenance of intelligent high-precision pressure transmitters.

　　1. Intelligent high-precision pressure transmitters should be cleaned once a month during use to promptly remove any debris attached during the measurement process, ensuring the normal operation of the intelligent high-precision pressure transmitter.

　　2. When cleaning, first open the iron pipe nut and carefully remove the intelligent high-precision pressure transmitter. During this process, try to avoid collisions with the intelligent high-precision pressure transmitter as much as possible.

　　3. When cleaning the pressure hole, alcohol can be injected into the hole to a height of two-thirds and soaked for a few minutes. Then, the intelligent high-precision pressure transmitter can be shaken left and right until it is cleaned thoroughly.

　　4. When cleaning and maintaining pressure interfaces and pressure ports, avoid using hard brushes or metal objects to prevent damage to sensitive cores and pressure interfaces.

　　5. After maintenance and upkeep, place the intelligent high-precision pressure transmitter back in place until it is correctly installed, and then install the iron pipe nut back in place.

　　At present, due to various collection needs, there are many types of output signals for pressure transmitters on the market, mainly including 4~20mA, 0~20mA, 0~10V, 0~5V, etc. The most commonly used are 4~20mA and 0~10V, and only the 4~20mA signal is a two-wire system (excluding grounding and shielding wires), while others are all three wire systems.
