Principle of Layered Settlement Gauge
Inductive sensor is a type of variable reluctance sensor that utilizes the change in inductance of a coil to achieve non electric measurement. He can convert various mechanical and physical parameters such as displacement, vibration, pressure, strain, flow rate, and specific gravity into electrical output, enabling long-distance transmission, display, and control of information. A simple inductive sensor application consists of an iron core and a movable armature. There is an air gap between the armature and the iron core. When the armature moves, the magnetic resistance of the air gap in the magnetic circuit changes, causing a change in coil inductance. This change in inductance corresponds to the position of the armature, that is, the size of the air gap. Therefore, as long as the change in inductance can be measured, the magnitude of the displacement of the armature can be determined. Inductive sensors are made based on this principle.

The differential pressure static level is composed of a reservoir, an ultra high precision core, a customized circuit module, a protective cover, and other components. The settlement system consists of multiple sensors of the same model, and the storage tanks are connected by ventilation pipes and liquid pipes. The reference point is placed at a stable horizontal base point. When the measuring point rises or falls relative to the reference point, it will cause changes in pressure at each point. By measuring the changes in sensor pressure, the rise and fall of each measuring point relative to the horizontal reference point can be calculated.

Application principle of static level
In use, the pressure measuring chambers of multiple static level gauges are connected in series to the liquid level container through liquid pipes, measured by high-precision silicon crystal core sensors, transmitted to the signal acquisition system through RS485 signals, and transmitted to the signal acquisition system through signal changes in the pressure monitoring process. Through analysis and calculation, they synchronously change with the changes in pressure measurement, thereby measuring the pressure changes at each measuring point and analyzing the relative settlement height of the ground surface.

The static level is generally installed on the measuring pier or the wall contour line of the measured object at the same height. Usually, the data is automatically collected and stored in the field acquisition system through the stand-alone acquisition software built in the field acquisition box. Then, it is connected to the Internet through wired or wireless communication and then transmitted to the background network software to achieve automatic observation.
