      Principle of Layered Settlement Gauge

      Inductive sensor is a type of variable reluctance sensor that utilizes the change in inductance of a coil to achieve non electric measurement. He can convert various mechanical and physical parameters such as displacement, vibration, pressure, strain, flow rate, and specific gravity into electrical output, enabling long-distance transmission, display, and control of information. A simple inductive sensor application consists of an iron core and a movable armature. There is an air gap between the armature and the iron core. When the armature moves, the magnetic resistance of the air gap in the magnetic circuit changes, causing a change in coil inductance. This change in inductance corresponds to the position of the armature, that is, the size of the air gap. Therefore, as long as the change in inductance can be measured, the magnitude of the displacement of the armature can be determined. Inductive sensors are made based on this principle.

      The advantages of a static level are high measurement accuracy, strong stability, and not affected by low temperatures. The vertical settlement of the measured object is mainly determined by measuring the liquid level. Mainly used for settlement observation in subways, tunnels, bridges, building foundations, etc.

      The layered settlement meter is composed of multiple single point settlement units connected in series with PVC pipes. Suitable for measuring displacement between multiple layers of soil and relative fixed points (bedrock), it can be used for long-term monitoring and automated measurement.

      Characteristics of static level:

      1. Using organic glass tubes as storage containers, with good transparency, can intuitively reflect the height of the liquid level inside the container for easy visual inspection.

      5. The upper cover or bottom plate is equipped with horizontal bubbles for easy installation and leveling of the instrument.

      6. The installation bracket is equipped with 3 sets of adjustment bolts to form a 3-point support for the instrument base plate, which facilitates the installation and leveling of the instrument

      7. The installation bracket is suitable for measuring piers and wall installations, without the need for additional accessories, and is easy and convenient to fix.
