　　Main purpose of railway settlement monitoring

　　Application principle of static level

　　In use, the pressure measuring chambers of multiple static level gauges are connected in series to the liquid level container through liquid pipes, measured by high-precision silicon crystal core sensors, transmitted to the signal acquisition system through RS485 signals, and transmitted to the signal acquisition system through signal changes in the pressure monitoring process. Through analysis and calculation, they synchronously change with the changes in pressure measurement, thereby measuring the pressure changes at each measuring point and analyzing the relative settlement height of the ground surface.

　　Static level is a high-precision liquid level measurement system suitable for measuring relative settlement at multiple points. In use, multiple containers of static level are connected by liquid pipes, and the liquid level of each container is measured by relevant sensors, which can then measure the liquid level changes at each measuring point.

　　Layered settlement meters are manufactured based on the principle of changes in magnetic flux and are widely used for monitoring roadbed settlement in engineering fields such as highways, railways, hydropower, and dams, fully understanding the settlement changes of the measured roadbed.
