　　Pressure type water level gauge is a new type of telemetry terminal device designed for the requirements of low power consumption, waterproofing, and large capacity data storage in the water conservancy and hydrological industry. It is an intelligent telemetry digital terminal device that integrates data acquisition, storage, communication, and remote management functions, with high-performance and low-power microcontrollers as its core, multiple sensor interfaces, and multi-channel reporting capabilities.

　　Pressure type liquid level gauge is a pressure sensor for measuring liquid level, including static pressure level gauge, liquid level transmitter, liquid level sensor, water level sensor, pressure transmitter, etc. It is based on the principle that the measured liquid static pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses advanced isolation type diffusion silicon sensitive elements or ceramic capacitive pressure sensitive sensors from abroad to convert static pressure into electrical signals, which are then temperature compensated and linearly corrected to convert into standard electrical signals (generally 4-20mA/1-5VDC).

　　There are two types of pressure type water level gauges. One type is bubble type, which continuously delivers gas in the pressure pipe and uses an automatically adjustable pressure balance to convert water pressure into mechanical rotation angle, thereby driving the recording mechanism. Another type is the electrical measurement type, which uses solid-state piezoresistive devices as sensors to directly convert water pressure into voltage modulus or frequency output, and transmits it to the shore for processing and recording through wires.
