Description :
The HR8066/67 high-precision static level is suitable for monitoring vertical displacement or settlement deformation with high requirements, and can monitor liquid level changes up to 0.01mm. The instrument consists of a series of containers containing liquid level sensors, which are connected by liquid filled connecting pipes between multiple containers. The reference container is located at a stable reference point, and any elevation change between the container and the reference container will cause a corresponding change in the liquid level inside the container. The elevation change of the measuring point can be obtained by measuring the liquid level change.
The HR8066/67 high-precision static level adopts pressure sensitive components of global quality. The static level product adopts a multi-point full range temperature compensation process of -20-60 ℃, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, no drift, strong reliability, and easy installation. The sealed shell has good moisture resistance and can work continuously for a long time in a relative humidity environment.

1. Overview of Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 Static Water Level
The Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level system is a measurement system that utilizes the principle that liquids in connected containers always seek to have the same potential energy to measure and monitor the differences and changes in vertical height between reference points. It has high measurement accuracy and has been widely used in the field of measurement.
Beijing Subway Line 4 runs through an existing line, which is a straight section. The monitoring of existing line structures during the underpass of power tunnels is the link between construction and operation. The accuracy and timeliness of deformation monitoring will directly affect operational safety, as well as the progress, planning, and arrangement of construction. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that monitoring can accurately and timely reflect the working status of existing lines. According to the current operation status of existing lines, traditional monitoring technology cannot implement operations in high-density driving sections during normal operation, nor can it meet the requirements of collecting, analyzing, and providing timely and accurate feedback on a large amount of data. Therefore, during the tunneling period of Line 4, the Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level automatic real-time monitoring system was used to monitor the deformation of the existing line subgrade in real time. Due to the high accuracy, good automation performance, and real-time monitoring of the Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level measurement system, it can well meet engineering requirements.

3、 Steps and detailed content of measuring point layout
1. Horizontal Line
Understand the general direction of the slope of the tunnel to ensure that the measuring points of Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level are arranged in suitable positions. Use a level (as shown in the figure below) to horizontally place it on the track bed. After the level is level and stable, release a red laser with a horizontal line on the tunnel wall. Use chalk to mark the position where there are measuring points on the horizontal line. If the height difference is greater than 20cm, a turning point should be set up
2. Tunnel drilling
At the location where a fixed line is required in the tunnel (under the water pipe), there is a hole of about 1.5m~2m. 3. Bracket installation

5. Water tank filling and leveling: Water tank filling requires a built-in water pump and water bucket, leaving a pipe connected to the water pump for sequential filling

4、 Safety assurance measures and precautions
1. Precautions for monitoring in subway lines
In order to strengthen the safety management of construction sites, ensure the safety of national property and workers, and make the safety management of construction sites legal, standardized, regulated, and procedural. The following regulations are made, and safety operation briefing must be strictly conducted before construction.
1) Subway monitoring personnel should complete the registration with the operation management company in advance and maintain a fixed position as much as possible, and regularly receive ideological education and operational training. When there is a homework point, the personnel for the day should be confirmed with the operation management company before 4:00 pm on the same day, and no replacement is allowed after confirmation.
2) Set up part-time safety officers during the monitoring process, assign responsibilities to individuals, and remind monitoring personnel to pay attention to line safety and personal safety.
3) Regularly provide safety education and training to monitoring and measuring personnel, enhance their safety awareness, and eliminate safety hazards.
4) Monitoring personnel must notify the operations manager of their work schedule and obtain approval from the manager before entering the site. After confirming that all personnel and items have been counted, they must leave the site uniformly.
5) Monitoring personnel entering the site must obey the command of the management personnel of the operating unit and are strictly prohibited from traveling in orbit

Smoking, urination, and other uncivilized behaviors occur in the area. During on-site operations, lighters, music headphones, and other items unrelated to monitoring operations are not allowed to be carried.
6) Without approval, monitoring personnel are not allowed to move or operate subway equipment on site, and are not allowed to pull power lines without authorization.
7) According to the arrangement of the Daxing Line subway operating unit, after obtaining permission, work must be strictly started and ended according to the prescribed time. When working in the track area, personnel are not allowed to walk around freely.
8) The project leader should stick to the site during the layout of the measuring points. After the layout of the measuring points, there should be a dedicated person to inspect and sign to confirm that the measuring points, lines, and equipment must not intrude into the driving limit.
9) When withdrawing from the subway, the number of people and equipment should be counted to avoid accidents.
10) Monitoring personnel should wear reflective vests and insulated shoes during monitoring work. When setting up measuring points, they should also wear safety helmets, goggles, and insulated gloves that meet the requirements. Other tools used should also have insulation properties.
11) Operators should dress uniformly as much as possible, and it is strictly prohibited to wear open toed shoes, cropped pants, etc. when entering the track area. Backpacks should be worn diagonally.
12) When monitoring personnel climb high, they should use sturdy and reliable insulated ladders and should not step on inclined wooden boards or boxes;
13) During drilling operations, useless holes should be promptly sealed and repaired, and efforts should be made to restore them to their original state as much as possible after the monitoring period ends.
2. Implementation of safety responsibilities
Develop a work safety responsibility system, clarify the authority and responsibility system of project leaders, full-time safety officers, etc., implement safety work at all levels, establish a hierarchical reporting system, and enhance rapid response capabilities.
The full-time safety officer arranges the safety of daily monitoring and measurement work on site, and conducts safety briefing work. Under normal safety work conditions, report the safety status of work every week, report emergency situations immediately, and prepare to implement emergency plans.
