      Abstract: For most engineering projects, vertical displacement is a crucial monitoring item during the construction process. Due to the fact that abnormal vertical displacement is often a precursor to engineering accidents, the vertical settlement measurement of certain important building facilities must have high-precision and real-time characteristics. Due to its superior characteristics, automated monitoring systems will inevitably be introduced into engineering monitoring work and become an effective means of engineering monitoring. This article introduces the measurement principle of the Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level automatic monitoring system. Through application examples in engineering monitoring, it fully demonstrates the superiority of the Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level automatic monitoring system and summarizes its application experience in engineering.

      Currently, the traditional method of manually collecting data is widely used for engineering monitoring projects. However, it not only has a small monitoring range, a large workload, and low efficiency, but also cannot achieve real-time and online monitoring. The static leveling automation monitoring system, as a precise leveling measurement method, has the characteristics of high accuracy and good automation performance, which can fully compensate for the loopholes of traditional methods.       1. Measurement principle of Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level automatic monitoring system. During the operation of the Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level system, a series of sensor containers are connected by liquid pipes, and a certain amount of liquid is injected to ensure that the liquid in all containers can flow freely. Using the principle of connected liquid, the liquid level of multiple storage tanks connected by connecting pipes is always at the same level, that is, maintaining the same height. However, the depth of liquid in each container is not the same, which reflects the different heights of reference points where each container is located. When the liquid level of the container changes, it is sensed by the sensor.
