The Shijing Pagoda is one of the most important carved stones in Chinese Buddhism. It is usually built by stacking multiple stone carvings. The chiseled stone is cylindrical or prismatic, generally octagonal, with a height of three to four feet, covered with a lid, larger than the diameter of the column, and engraved with patterns such as hanging curtains and streamers. Attached pedestal. On each side, bottom, and head of the building, Buddha statues or niches are carved, and under the statues of the Zhou building, scriptures and mantras are engraved everywhere, with the most common being the "Secret Sutra" and "Zunsheng Dharani". Its format was derived from the shape of buildings in India and became popular in various regions after Yongchun in the Bai and Tang dynasties.

Jingzhuang is a type of ancient Chinese religious stone carving. Founded in the early Tang Dynasty, it was popular during the Tang and Song dynasties and later declined, but carving still existed during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Zhuang is the translated name of the Sanskrit name "Tuolian Ruo". Originally, it was an umbrella shaped object made of silk and cloth, with a Ruyi precious pearl on the top and a long pole below, built in front of the Buddha. According to the Sutra of the Buddha's Highest Honored Dharani, the Buddha told the Heavenly Emperor that if the scripture was written on a pedestal, the shadow of the pedestal would not be stained by sin and filth when reflected on a person's body. Therefore, Buddhist believers often build buildings as a sign of merit. In the early Tang Dynasty, stone carvings were used to simulate silk and silk buildings. The earliest surviving chronology stone building is the one erected in August of the first year of Yongchang (689) in Fuping, Shaanxi Province, which honored the Buddha's roof and the Dharani Sutra. A sutra can generally be divided into three parts: the pedestal, the body, and the roof, all of which are carved separately and then assembled into a whole. The buildings are mostly lotus shaped, with a Sumeru pedestal below. The body of the building is in the shape of a column, often an octahedron, with carved scriptures or Buddha statues on top. Some buildings are divided into several sections, with the diameter of the upper column being smaller than that of the lower column, and separated by a treasure cover larger than the column body in the middle. Cover with patterns such as hanging curtains, ribbons, and floral ropes that simulate silk fabrics. The roof of the building is usually carved into a pointed roof of a wood like building, with jewels on the top. The Buddhist scriptures engraved on the building are mainly the Mahaprajnaparamita Sutra on the Buddha's roof, and there are also a few engraved Heart Sutra, Shurangama Sutra, etc. A very small number of Taoist stone pillars are engraved with the Tao Te Ching. The characters used for engraving scriptures are generally Chinese characters, with some using minority languages. For example, in Baoding, Hebei, there are Ming Dynasty stone pillars engraved with Western Xia script. The carving of the stone pillar is meticulous and the shape is beautiful, making it a precious ancient stone carving.

Kaiyan people believe that every stone has a unique artistic atmosphere, so they make good use of the research, inheritance, integration, and development of millennium cultural carving techniques to make stone carvings carry artistic culture and reflect more social value.
