Description :
The appearance of S-70 is a white powder with good mainstream properties, good mixing with plasticizers and liquid stabilizers, high-speed absorption of plasticizers, high thermal stability, excellent gelling and transparency, stable quality, flame retardancy and self extinguishing properties.
Suitable for cables and wires, soft fabrics, synthetic leather, shoe material sheets, soft pipe profiles, corrugated pipe medical materials, soft films, cable sheaths, cling film, adhesive film products, soft transparent adhesive tape, water purifier filter accessories and other products.
PVC consists of suspension polymerization, lotion polymerization and bulk polymerization. Suspension polymerization is the main method, accounting for about 80% of the total output of PVC. In the industry, PVC production processes are generally distinguished based on the method of obtaining vinyl chloride monomer, which can be divided into carbide method, ethylene method, and imported (EDC, VCM) monomer method (commonly referred to as ethylene method and imported monomer method).
