Detailed introduction of Qimei ABS
1. Amorphous materials, with moderate fluidity, absorb a large amount of moisture and must be thoroughly dried. The required plastic parts on the surface must be preheated and dried at 80-90 degrees Celsius for a long time of 3 hours.
2. Use higher material temperature and higher mold temperature, but the material temperature is too high and easy to decompose (decomposition temperature is 270 degrees). For plastic parts with higher precision, the mold temperature should be between 50-60 degrees, which is quite high. The mold temperature should be between 60-80 degrees.
If the problem of water collection needs to be solved, it is necessary to improve the flowability of the material, use higher material temperature, higher mold temperature, or change the water level [2].
If heat-resistant or flame-retardant materials are formed, plastic decomposition products will remain on the surface of the mold after 3-7 days of production, making the mold surface shiny. The mold must be cleaned in a timely manner, and the exhaust surface should be added to the mold surface.

2. The impact of feeding sequence. Improper feeding sequence can lead to uneven mixing. If powdered resin is added before the wetting agent, it will bond into small adhesive groups and affect the uniform distribution of the adhesive. Therefore, powdered resin must be added after mixing.
3. The influence of mixing time: If the mixing time is too short, the mixing will be uneven. If the mixing time is too long, the mixing can be more uniform. However, if the time is too long, it will cause (a) an increase in the number of friction particles between the liquid resin abrasive mixture and the generation of heat, making the mixture too viscous to form (2). The powdered resin mixture agglomerates and loses its looseness, and cannot form.
