The non explosion proof cannon mud machine is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a pair of wheels, a bearing seat, seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 273, a spiral rotor, a conical cover, a bracket, and a base. The reducer part adopts a two-stage reduction device with a combination of spur cylindrical gears, worm gears, and worm gears. The base and bracket are welded with 12 # channel steel. The spiral rotor is made of 80mm diameter seamless steel pipe and 6mm steel plate forged and welded. The conical cover outlet can be of different diameters according to use.
