The BSQ type air door mechanical lock produced by Shandong Huaye Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is a steel structure mainly used for mutual locking between air doors in coal mines. It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible opening, easy installation, no need for various energy sources, wide applicability, and safe and reliable locking.
The technical characteristics of mechanical air door locks: Huaye brand mechanical locks are used in conjunction with air door installation, also known as mechanical air door locking devices. They are powered by manually opening or closing the door leaf of the air door, driving the piston rod connected to the door leaf to lock the piston rod of the opposite air door open or close. They do not require any electrical energy and can be simply mechanically locked, making them suitable for use in underground coal mines without power or air sources.
Mechanical locking device, and voice alarm can be added as needed. Due to the fact that the "open/close" information of the air door is transmitted through a steel wire rope, the distance between the two air doors cannot be too large, usually around 20m.
