The composition of the rock loading machine with a rake bucket is mainly composed of fixed wedges, tail wheels, rake buckets, transmission parts (including control mechanisms, trolleys, winches), guide wheels, material troughs (feeding troughs, intermediate troughs, unloading troughs), and electrical parts. The rock scraper is mainly driven by two sets of drums of the winch, which respectively pull the main rope and the tail rope, so that the scraper bucket can move back and forth. The scraper bucket scoops the rocks into the feeding trough, and unloads them into the mining car through the unloading port of the intermediate trough to the unloading trough, thus achieving rock loading. Electrical equipment (including motors), button switches, magnetic starters, lighting fixtures, etc. can all be explosion-proof and used in mines with gas and dust explosion hazards.
