It consists of a cabinet frame, a moving electrode control system, an electrolyte water tank in the water resistance cabinet, a vacuum contactor, and other electrical control systems.

      The reason for the starting fault of the self coupling voltage reducing starting cabinet is that it is suitable for heavy-duty starting of motors with a size of less than 500KW, and the voltage is too low. As long as the grid voltage can ensure the normal and smooth starting operation of the motor, the starting fault problem can be solved.

      The low-voltage water resistance starting cabinet can be customized and selected, with the option of a split cabinet or an integrated cabinet. Both cabinet types can be designed with a primary circuit according to customer requirements, and equipped with multi-directional temperature control detection and PLC control systems. For the high-altitude and cold regions in the north, a constant temperature heating system can be selected.

      The low-voltage water resistance starting cabinet should not be started too frequently, and can be started continuously 5-7 times. Frequent starting will cause the electrolyte temperature in the water resistance box to be too high.

      Daily maintenance of water resistance cabinets should be carried out in a power-off state to ensure personal safety.

      The installation of components in the low-voltage water resistance starting cabinet should have good contact, be adjusted to the correct position, tighten bolts, and correctly wire according to the diagram. Copper wires should be selected as much as possible, and all connections between wires should be firm to prevent external detachment.
