Putong/PATOP Optical Catalytic Film Casting Test Line
Photoelectric catalytic experiment line is composed of single screw extruder screen changer tape casting die unwinding, tape casting, drawing and rewinding. The test sample of this machine is XPS material. The film is off white in appearance, transparent, smooth and flat, without obvious longitudinal grain of crystal point. The film is formed by extrusion tape casting with normal film forming, stable traction, stable tension of unwinding and rewinding, and synchronous linear speed. XPS is a foam insulation material made by melting polystyrene beads and extruding them into a plate form.
