Research and development of lithium battery separator for twin-screw extrusion casting wet experimental line
The twin-screw extrusion casting composite test equipment adopts wet forming technology to prepare thin films. The equipment mainly consists of a liquid feeding pump, a twin-screw extrusion host, a casting die, a water tank (extraction tank), a casting composite machine, a traction winding machine, a mold temperature machine, and a measurement and control system. The lithium-ion battery separator produced by this equipment using wet process technology has high longitudinal and transverse strength, high porosity, and good breathability.
