POTOP Laboratory Torque Rheometer
The torque rheometer is mainly used for the research and testing of rubber and polymer materials. It is a multifunctional rheological testing system that can be used for formula selection, quality control, rheological testing, and processing performance testing. The tested material is added to the mixing chamber, and the material is continuously mixed and sheared between the rotor and the chamber wall due to the force applied by two rotors with different rotational speeds and opposite directions. The rotor ribs are also subjected to the reaction force of the material. The high-precision torque rheometer measures this reaction force through a torque sensor, processes it through computer software, and obtains a rheological map of torque changes over time
