Our company uses a specially improved nylon composite material for the XFD280 single hydraulic pillar shoe field. The nylon has been modified in the following aspects: ① improving the water absorption of nylon and enhancing the dimensional stability of the product; ② Improve the flame retardancy of nylon to meet the requirements of underground operations; ③ Improve the mechanical strength of nylon to achieve the strength of metallic materials and replace metals; ④ Improve the low-temperature resistance of nylon and enhance its ability to adapt to the environment; ⑤ Improve the wear resistance of nylon to meet high wear requirements; ⑥ Improve the anti-static properties of nylon to meet the requirements of mining and mechanical applications for mining column shoes; ⑦ Reduce the cost of nylon and improve product competitiveness.
