      1. First, insert the T-shaped plugs of the horizontal connecting plate into the T-shaped slots of the left and right clamping plates, so that the semi-circular positioning holes of the T-shaped plugs are concentric with the positioning pin holes of the clamping plates.     Mining U-shaped cable clampIt can be widely used in the towing and protection of power cables and inlet pipes of drum coal mining machines.

      There are four types of cable clamps: LJU, LJC, LJO, and LJH, with a total of 18 specifications.

      1. Appearance

      The surface of the cable clamp should be smooth and even, and the surface covered with non-metallic materials should not expose the steel plate. After the cable clamps are connected in series, they should rotate flexibly and bend freely, and the bending angle should meet the requirements of the technical drawings.

      2. Basic dimensions

      The geometric dimensions of cable clamps shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and the processing drawings. The aperture tolerance is H13 (GB/T 1800.4-1999), the limit deviation of hole spacing is GB/T 1804-f level (GB/T 1804-1992), the dimensional tolerances of H and A are level (GB/T 14486-2008), and the remaining dimensional tolerances shall be manufactured according to the unmarked dimensional tolerance MT5 level (GB/T 14486-2008) (see Figures 1-4).

      3. Tensile strength

      When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.4 of MT/T117-2007, its tensile strength should reach the working load in Table 2 and be maintained for 2 minutes. After unloading inspection, there should be no residual deformation, cracking, or detachment.

      4. Tensile strength

      When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.5 of MT/T117-2007, its tensile strength should not be less than the requirements in Table 2.

      5. Impact resistance

      When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.6 of MT/T117-2007, it should be able to withstand the impact energy specified in Table 2, and the cable clamp should not break after withstanding the impact.

      6. Bending angle

      The bending angle and ultimate deviation of adjacent cable clamps shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 or as agreed upon by both the supplier and demander.
