    Description :

      1、 Belt pulley specifications

      The specifications of V-belts are divided by the back width (top width) and height (thickness) dimensions. According to different back width (top width) and height (thickness) dimensions, national standards specify various types of V-belts such as O, A, B, C, D, E, etc. Each type of V-belt has different pitch width, top width, and height, so the pulley must be made into various groove shapes according to the shape of the V-belt; These different groove types determine various types of pulleys such as O-type pulleys, A-type pulleys, B-type pulleys, C-type pulleys, D-type pulleys, E-type pulleys, etc.

      2、 Belt pulley installation

      1. Check the pulley groove to ensure there are no scratches or sharp edges, and all dimensions meet the standards;

      2. Clean all component surfaces, such as hub holes, taper sleeves, bolt holes, etc. Insert the cone into the pulley and align all the screw holes.

      3. Apply oil to the screw (TB 1008-TB 3030) and thread (TB 3525-TB 5050) and screw them into the installation hole, but do not tighten them temporarily.

      4. Clean the surface of the transmission shaft, push the pulley with the cone sleeve installed to the predetermined position on the shaft, and check if the triangular pulley is aligned.

      When using a keyway, it must first be inserted into the hub, and there must be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hub.

      6. Use a hex wrench that complies with DIN911 standards to gradually and evenly tighten each mounting hole and bolt alternately until the torque shown in the table below is reached.

      7. After a short period of operation (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of the bolts and tighten them again if necessary.

      To prevent foreign objects from entering, fill the connecting holes with grease.

      Precautions for pulley assembly

      1. The first cleaning before assembly must use gasoline to ensure that all components are clean and dry, to ensure that the mating surfaces are tightly fitted and free of oil stains, and to have sufficient friction.

      2. Before assembling the hexagonal bolts, they should also be cleaned with gasoline and dried. Lubricating oil or grease should not be applied to the bolts or screw holes to ensure sufficient friction self-locking ability after tightening.

      3. When the three hexagonal bolts are about to be installed in place, they need to be tightened in turns to ensure that the cone sleeve receives uniform axial force and that the pulley and cone sleeve are coaxially positioned well.

      4. Before installation, check and measure the length of the hexagon socket bolts used for assembly to ensure that they can support the bottom of the blind hole of the cone sleeve after tightening, to ensure a tight fit of the cone surface, and to ensure that the bolts are subjected to reverse thrust from the bottom of the blind hole, producing the same anti loosening effect as the double nut principle.

      5. After tightening the pulley, check and adjust the relative position of the main and driven pulleys by pulling the cable to ensure that the two wheels are on the same plane and the belt tension is moderate.

      6. The pulley cover should be intact and securely installed to ensure that the belt breaks or the pulley becomes loose during operation, which could result in a major safety accident.

      7. Cone sleeve is a vulnerable part, and after long-term operation, the inner hole and chain groove may be damaged. It should be inspected before each assembly, and if defects are found, spare parts should be replaced in a timely manner
