This also allows air to enter the mixing zone along the air guide sleeve, where the slurry, air, and reagents mix. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralized area, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, fully contacts with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, it is evenly distributed on the section of the tank body, and moves upward into the separation area. The foam layer is formed by the enrichment, and discharged by the foam scraping mechanism, forming the cleaned coal foam. The unmineralized coal particles on the bottom of the trough will be mixed, mineralized, and separated again through the circulation holes and upper suction ports. The existing series of flotation machines use organic glass protective devices, which have good visual effects, but are often damaged during use and have certain safety hazards. The wood optimization design plans to optimize the material and installation form of the protective device, with the material changed from organic glass to carbon steel plate, and the installation method changed from four column supports to two side U-port plug-in type.
