      The mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light consists of three parts: light source component (including LED light source, reflective component, and electronic component board), explosion-proof shell (including die cast aluminum shell, tempered transparent glass cover, rubber seal, etc.), and protective cover.

      This product adopts high-power LED light source, which has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency and energy saving, safety and stability, and long service life. It can be widely used for fixed lighting in coal mines and non coal mine underground tunnels and chambers with methane or coal dust explosions.

      IIIDGS36/127L tunnel lightInstallation, usage, and operation

      Before installation, make sure to hang the hooks of the lighting fixtures firmly and reliably. The distance between every two lights should be ≤ 30m. If the power cord has too much deflection, a middle hook should be added.

      Three core flame-retardant cable with grounding wire must be used. Unscrew the compression nuts at both ends of the wiring chamber, remove the power line pressure plate on it, open the upper cover, handle gently, and do not damage the explosion-proof surface.

      Insert the tightening nut, washer, and sealing ring onto the power cord in sequence, and insert the cable into the wiring chamber. The neutral and live wires of the power supply are connected to the copper stud (no polarity requirement), and the ground wire is connected to the corresponding position of the cavity. Use a socket wrench and screwdriver to tighten the nut and ground wire screw, and the connection must be reliable. After adjusting the tightness of the cable inside the wiring chamber, use a wrench to tighten the clamping nut, being careful not to cause the cable to rotate on its own. Be sure to tighten the sealing ring tightly when tightening the nut to prevent water from seeping into the cavity, causing a short circuit or damaging the power supply. Install the power cord pressure plate and tighten the screws at both ends. Carefully install the upper cover, check the waterproof sealing ring of the upper cover, gently screw the upper cover into the wiring cavity, align the connection holes, and install the tightening bolts. If installing lamps in a cascade manner, a blocking plate must be used at one end of the power supply inlet of the lamps at the end of the cascade
