　　（1） Preparation before use

　　1. Rotate by hand to check if the gear mesh is normal and if there is any jamming.

　　2. Check if the blade is installed correctly and firmly, and the gap between the vertical planes of the two blades should be within the range of 0.2-0.5mm.

　　3. Check the firmness of the bolts in each part (the bolts of the large inverted cover should be checked regularly to prevent loosening).

　　4. Check if the electrical equipment is functioning properly, ensure good insulation performance, use three-phase four core wire, and ensure proper grounding. After wiring, the direction of rotation of the pulley should be consistent with the direction indicated on the belt cover during trial operation.

　　5. Before using the new machine, open the fuel cap and add 150-220 # gear oil to the oil level gauge inside the chamber.

　　6. Conduct a 10 minute no-load test, and if any abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine for maintenance in a timely manner.

　　（2） Precautions during use

　　1. The steel bars must be cut at the middle and lower parts of the cutting tool. Unless necessary, the upper part of the cutting tool should not be used to avoid damaging the machine parts.

　　2. Pay attention to checking whether the blade is loose during use. After the blade edge breaks, the tool should be adjusted in a timely manner to avoid an increase in cutting resistance and damage to other parts caused by a blunt edge.
