　　Purpose and scope of application of cable clamp:

　　Mining cable clamps are suitable for various models of coal mining machines using polymer plastics and carbon steel plates as raw materials, which are used on coal mining comprehensive mining and general mining units.

　　1. This product has been developed using the coal industry standard MT/T 775-1998 for the conditions of drag cable clamps for coal mining machines. And it complies with the relevant regulations of MT/117-2007.

　　2、 Main structure and working principle: The cable clamp is composed of an O-shaped clamp plate, a cross plate, and a connecting pin shaft made of polymer plastic wrapped in carbon steel skeleton. Working principle: This product is suspended and installed on the towing cable frame of the coal mining machine, and moves together with the coal mining machine. The main function is to protect the cables and water pipes used in underground coal mining machines, in order to prevent cable and water pipe breakage and wear.

　　Precautions for cable clamps:

　　When transporting this product, attention should be paid to the protection of the connecting parts.

　　2. The product should be stored in an indoor warehouse at a temperature of -15 ℃~+40 ℃, avoiding contact with open flames.

　　3. During installation, make sure to insert the T-shaped plugs of the transverse connecting plate into the T-shaped slots of the left and right clamping plates respectively, and then use a glue hammer to knock the transverse connecting plate into place;
