　　The LDZ-300 coal mine anchor rod tension meter is a detection tool for measuring the anchoring force of anchor rods. 　　2. Hand pump

　　The hand pump (see Figure 1) mainly consists of a pump body, a pressure rod, and an oil cylinder. The pump body is equipped with suction and discharge valves, unloading valves, etc.

　　2. Tension cylinder

　　The tension cylinder (see Figure 2) is formed by a hollow pile plug cylinder, mainly consisting of a cylinder body and a plunger, and all seals are sealed with "O" - shaped sealing rings.

　　2.3.1 Checking the oil level

　　Open the unloading valve of the hand pump counterclockwise to allow the hydraulic oil in the position cylinder to return to the oil cylinder of the hand pump. Unscrew the plug at the end of the oil cylinder and check the oil level. If the oil is not enough, add No.2 spindle oil or mechanical oil.

　　3. Exhaust

　　When the hydraulic system is just connected, there is often air mixed in the oil pipes and barrels. In order for the system to work properly, this air must be discharged. Exhaust method: Place the hand pressure pump slightly higher than the tension cylinder, shake the hand pressure pump to extend the piston of the tension cylinder, then open the relief valve to retract the piston, and repeat this process several times.

　　Attention: Do not apply pressure during exhaust.

　　4. Operation

　　1. First, unscrew the dust caps on the tension cylinder and hand pump, connect the tension cylinder and hand pump with a high-pressure hose, and then install the pressure gauge. Next, perform oil level inspection and exhaust according to the requirements of 1 and 2.

　　2. Then screw the force measuring joint of the anchor rod to the end of the anchor rod as shown in Figure (2), insert the sleeve, and then insert the tension cylinder to make the piston end outward. Then tighten the nut and turn the vertical release valve clockwise. Shake the handle up and down evenly, without applying too much force. When the reading on the pressure gauge reaches the required value, stop shaking the handle.

　　Attention: The hand pump must be operated in a horizontal position. After inspection, turn the relief valve counterclockwise to reduce the pressure gauge reading to zero. Then remove all components from the anchor rod, remove the high-pressure hose, and tighten the dust cap.

　　The hydraulic oil used in this product is No.2 spindle oil (or No.20 mechanical oil), with a temperature range of -30 ℃ to+45 ℃. It is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, glycerin, brake oil, ordinary engine oil, etc. as hydraulic oil.

　　The rated pressure of this tool is 60MPa, and it should not exceed 70MPa during use. In addition, to improve the service life of the pressure gauge, the general pressure used should not exceed 60MPa.

　　The joint parts of the hand pump and tension cylinder of this tool are both subjected to a high pressure of 70MPa. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the joint and avoid damaging it, which may affect the sealing and normal operation. Also, do not use a wrench to tighten the joint buckle on the hose to prevent it from loosening and causing the hose to leak oil and be scrapped. After each use, tighten the dust cap and wipe the tool clean with clean cotton yarn.
