　　1、 Introduction to GS type hot water heater

　　The GS type heater produced by our factory is a new product that replaces the ZRG type heater. It uses hot water as thermal coal to heat the air and provide hot air heating for factories, mines, production workshops, and other large buildings. This type of heater has undergone repeated thermal performance tests to evaluate its performance. The GS type warm air blower is a combined unit consisting of a ventilation fan, an electric motor, and a radiator. Suitable for various types of workshops that allow for air recirculation. When the air does not contain dust or flammable gases, it can be used for circulating air heating. The GS type heater has a simple structure, easy installation, small size, light weight, and low energy consumption.

　　The radiator used with the 7GS hot water heater is arranged in an equilateral triangular cross arrangement. The number of pipes in each row is four. The diameter of the finned tube is 21 millimeters, the height of the fins is 16 millimeters, the spacing between the fins is 4 millimeters, and the thickness of the fins is 0.5 millimeters. After zinc plating, the fins are firmly in contact with the finned tube to increase heat generation.

　　The GS type warm air blower is divided into four specifications based on its different thermal technical performance series: 4GS, 5GS, 7GS, 8G, for user units to choose from.

　　2、 The use of 7GS warm air blower

　　Before starting to use the 8GS heater, carefully check the fastening of all connections. If there is any looseness, tighten it immediately.

　　During work, it is necessary to check the sealing condition of the radiator and the supply and drainage pipelines, as well as the flexibility of each regulating device. If any faults are encountered, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.

　　When using hot water as a heat medium, the temperature of the hot water should be kept above 80 degrees.

　　Before each work, it is necessary to drain the cooling water and mixed gas from the heat dissipation pipe, preheat for 5-10 minutes, and then supply air for operation.

　　After stopping work, the condensed water in the radiator should be drained to prevent freezing.

　　To ensure the proper direction of the heater, the opening angle of the louvers should be adjusted.

　　Installation of 7GS hot water heater;

　　(1) Before installation, check the integrity of the 8GS heater.

　　(2) The warm air blower should be equipped with corresponding heat medium pipeline systems, and shut-off valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet branches of the warm air blower. A device for discharging air should be installed on the entire pipeline system.

　　(3) If the air inlet of the heater is directly connected to the outside, a blocking device should be installed at the outdoor air inlet to prevent the heat dissipation pipe from being frozen when the input of heat medium stops.

　　(4) When the motor is powered on, the impeller should rotate in the direction of the arrow marked on the product.

　　(5) The pipeline system should be cleaned and connected to the heater only after it is clean. A drainage valve should be installed under each heater.

　　(6) In order to facilitate the adjustment of the water flow rate of each heater in the system, the system is designed with the same program.
