ZBQ-27/1.5 Pneumatic Grouting Pump for Coal Mines (referred to as Grouting Pump) is mainly used in mine, tunnel, water conservancy, subway, construction, and bridge construction for grouting water blocking, filling gaps, grouting consolidation of fractured rock layers, and anchoring grouting; It is also used for repairing local defects such as frost heave in highway and railway roadbeds, as well as for soft foundation treatment; Eliminate underground hazards in flood control and rescue operations. The grouting pump has a small volume, light weight, and reliable use. It can be safely used in places that are flammable, explosive, have large temperature and humidity changes.

1. The air source should be free of excessive moisture and dirt, ensuring that it has a lubrication system. Optional oil mist generator provided by our factory.
The air source pipe should first be connected to the ventilation pipe to blow away debris, and then reliably connected to the grouting pump.
2. First immerse the inlet of the pump in clean water, slowly open the inlet ball valve, and ensure that the grouting pipeline is unobstructed and there is no leakage at the sealing point.
3. The slurry should be mixed evenly, without lumps, but not too thick. Timely clean the solidified materials at the corners and edges of the bucket to prevent them from falling into the slurry.
4. Immerse the inlet of the pump into the slurry, slowly open the inlet ball valve, and gradually increase to the appropriate grouting speed.
5. After the pump stops working, it should be immediately immersed in clean water for flushing, and the inlet ball valve should be slowly opened until the water discharged from the slurry pipe is clear and free of slurry.
6. After cutting off the gas source and drainage pipe, regularly remove the screws from the flange, extract the grouting cylinder, and thoroughly remove any remaining grouting materials.
7. After cleaning, apply lubricating grease to the metal surface of the grouting cylinder and re connect and tighten it with the pump body.
8. It is strictly prohibited to operate the pump at high speed with no load or light load to avoid damaging various moving parts.
9. The pressure of the gas source shall not exceed 0.8MPa.
10. The grouting pump at the construction site should be placed with the inlet facing downwards to prevent debris from entering the inlet pipe joint and exhaust hood.
