① Select the specification and model of anchoring agent based on the diameter of the borehole. ② According to the specifications of the anchoring agent and the length of the rod as required by the design, determine the drilling depth to be 60-80mm longer than the total length of the rod. ③ Use compressed air to clean the floating dust in the eye holes. ④ According to the designed anchoring length, use a rod to feed the selected anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, start the mixer to drive the rod to rotate and stir (stirring time is 8-15s for ultra fast type; 20-35s for other types), and push it uniformly to the bottom of the hole.
⑤ After removing the mixer, promptly clamp the rod in the hole. Do not move or shake the rod before curing, especially when installing the top eye. Test the anchoring force after 10 minutes of ultra fast, 15 minutes of fast, and 30 minutes of medium speed. ⑥ After 10 to 60 seconds of ultra fast, 90 to 180 seconds of fast, and 480 seconds of medium speed, tighten the nut on the upper support plate to bear the load. ⑦ According to the on-site power conditions, the mixing installation tool can use TJ-9 pneumatic anchor rod mixer or electric coal drill with connecting head, and the tightening nut can use QB-16 pneumatic wrench or manual wrench If using an anchor rod drilling rig for operation, drilling and installing anchor rods on the same machine is more convenient
