Description :
SYB-2 manual oil pump composition:
1. Handle part: mainly composed of a pressure rod and a pressure handle. Connected to the pump body and plunger by two pins. The manual force acts on the pressure rod, driving the plunger to perform reciprocating motion and generate oil pressure.
2. Rubber hose part: It is a component that connects the oil pump and the oil cylinder to deliver pressure oil. When not in use, the hose is disconnected from the cylinder and the head of the hose is blocked with a rubber cap to prevent dirt from entering the oil pipe and cylinder.
3. Pump body part: The pump body part is the main component of the oil pump, including the high-pressure working chamber, low-pressure working chamber, two one-way valves, high-pressure valve (safety valve), low-pressure valve unloading valve, two check valves, inlet port, etc. Each hole is organically connected together. Two one-way valves are used to prevent pressure oil from flowing back. The specifications and functions of two one-way valves are the same. The function of low-pressure valves and high-pressure valves is pressure control.
