　　Jiabang YBHZD5-1.8/127 mining explosion-proof water dispenser with fast heating and dual low water level protection for coal mine water dispensers:

　　The surface temperature of the water dispenser heater is protected by a temperature controller and the water level switch inside the water tank. When the temperature reaches 130OC plus or minus 5OC or the water level in the water tank is 5-10mm below the end of the electric heater, the water dispenser will cut off the power supply.

　　4.6 Electrical Protection: The water dispenser must be used in conjunction with a comprehensive lighting protection device.

　　4.7 Water level protection: After placing the water bucket on the water dispenser, it will automatically add water to the water tank. After the water tank is filled with water, there is a reserved water tank on the upper part of the water tank. When the water tank is filled and heated, the water in the tank will not overflow.

　　4.8 Steam pressure: There is no steam overflow from this water dispenser.

　　The water storage capacity of the water tank in the 4.9 water dispenser is 5 L.

　　4.10 The hot water temperature is 85 ℃, and one heating can provide 3 L of hot water.

　　Usage method（When using this product for the first time, it must be filled with water and then powered on）

　　6.1 Invert the water bucket filled with pure water steadily onto the inlet of the bucket seat and open the hot water valve. If bubbles appear in the water bottle, it indicates that water is flowing into the water tank until it flows out of the hot water valve (rinse several times for repeated use).

　　6.2 After filling with water, connect the power cord to a three-phase 127V power supply and ground the casing.

　　6.3 Turn on the power switch for heating, and the red heating indicator light will turn on. When the water temperature reaches 85OC. The red indicator turns off and the green indicator light turns on to stop heating and enter the insulation state. When the water temperature is below 75OC, it will be heated again, and the red light will turn on and the green light will turn off.

7Installation and maintenance

　　7.1 There are two temperature controllers, 85OC and 95OC, inside this heater. If the 85OC temperature controller malfunctions, and the water temperature exceeds 95OC, the 95OC temperature controller will stop heating. At this time, the red and green lights will turn off and the buzzer will sound an alarm, indicating that the 85OC temperature controller is damaged and should be replaced.
