　　When installing a coal mine electric heating warm air blower, first check if the machine is in good condition.

　　2. Valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat exchanger, and the diameter of the inlet and outlet main pipes should be larger than that of the heat exchanger.

　　The D20 electric heater should be installed indoors at temperatures above 15 ℃.

　　Before testing the machine, turn on the fan blades and check for any scratches or collisions between the fan blades and the machine. When starting up, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, which should be the same as the direction indicated by the arrow label.

　　5. The bearing of the D20 electric heater motor should be cleaned once a year and lubricated with oil.

　　6. The temperature of the hot water used in the heat exchanger should not exceed 130 ℃, and the pH value should not exceed 8 to avoid reducing its service life.
