　　After thorough mixing of coal slurry and reagents, they are fed into the bottom of the chamber of a single cell flotation machine. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure is formed in the wheel cavity, causing the slurry at the bottom and in the tank to enter the mixing zone through the lower and upper suction ports of the impeller, respectively. This also allows air to enter the mixing zone along the air guide sleeve, where the slurry, air, and reagents mix. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralized area, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, fully contacts with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, it is evenly distributed on the section of the tank body, and moves upward into the separation area. The foam layer is formed by the enrichment, and discharged by the foam scraping mechanism, forming the cleaned coal foam. The unmineralized coal particles on the bottom of the trough will be mixed, mineralized, and separated again through the circulation holes and upper suction ports. The part of the slurry that is not sucked in by the impeller at the bottom of the tank enters the bottom of the second chamber through the intermediate ore box buried in the slurry. After completing the entire process of the chamber, it enters the third chamber. The single tank flotation machine repeats this process, and the slurry enters the tailings tank after passing through the first chamber to discharge the final tailings.

Design of Components for Single Cell Flotation Machine

　　To ensure stable operation and meet the requirements of appearance design, the transmission part of the wooden machine adopts a rear motor, which drives the main shaft to rotate with a belt. The body is made of stainless steel plate, initially designed as a 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate. However, after trial production experiments, it was found that the body was too light and unstable when the spindle speed was higher than 2000r/min. Therefore, it was changed to a 2mm thick stainless steel plate and a 10kg counterweight was added to the lower part of the body

　　At the same time, in order to increase the universality of the design and reduce the manufacturing cost, the four types of flotation machines adopt a universal body and transmission part. The existing series of flotation machines use organic glass protective devices, which have good visual effects, but are often damaged during use and have certain safety hazards. The wood optimization design plans to optimize the material and installation form of the protective device, with the material changed from organic glass to carbon steel plate, and the installation method changed from four column supports to two side U-port plug-in type.
