Precautions for quenching oil:
Use at a temperature of around 40-80 ° C, otherwise the cooling energy cannot be fully utilized and care should be taken not to mix in moisture.
Be careful not to mix in moisture. During group quenching, if more than 400PPM of moisture is mixed in, it may cause uneven hardness or reduce durability. If there is moisture, please be sure to dehydrate first.
Thick and large workpieces must be quickly immersed in oil during quenching and must not be exposed to air.
Performance characteristics of quenching oil:
