GL-5 heavy-duty vehicle gear oil is a non solid additive gear oil containing micro rheological composite additives. Its design purpose is to reduce surface wear caused by tooth fatigue, pitting, peeling, scratching, scraping or unevenness during the running in period and normal operation. Microrheological technology additives can greatly improve the smoothness of friction surfaces, reaching a level that cannot be achieved with normal machining processes and traditional extreme pressure lubricants. On the friction surface, polarized composite additives can instantly form a passive film on the friction surface before friction occurs.
At a certain load level, additives can form a tough protective layer on the friction surface.
Under heavy load, the components of the composite additive are activated and diffuse beneath the surface, improving the friction characteristics of the friction surface through plastic deformation. Organic reaction products

Precautions for Diesel Engine Oil
During transportation, there must be clear markings to prevent confusion with other types of petroleum products.
The storage container must be dedicated and stored indoors or in a controlled climate environment as much as possible. The container must be waterproof, moisture-proof, and prevent mechanical impurities from entering.
According to the equipment oil regulations, suitable oil products with appropriate quality and viscosity levels should be selected. Mixing experiments should be conducted before mixing different brands of marine medium speed cylindrical piston diesel oil.
Before use, all containers, oil tanks, pipelines, valves, etc. should be carefully cleaned and inspected to prevent contamination.
