      2、 Characteristics:

      LCD microcomputer intelligent PID temperature controller with multiple data displays, menu style operation interface, simple and easy to use, and low temperature control fluctuations.

      It has functions such as temperature correction, over temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc.

      Adopting the developed air duct circulation system, the water vapor inside the box is automatically discharged, eliminating the hassle of manual adjustment.

      The surface of the cold-rolled steel plate for the outer shell is manufactured using spray coating technology, and the stainless steel four corner semi-circular arc design of the inner liner is easy to clean. The spacing between the shelves inside the box can be adjusted.

      The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is fiberglass insulation material, with a thickened insulation layer for good insulation effect and less heat loss in the inner container.

      The sealing material between the box door and the door frame is of high temperature resistance, aging resistance and good sealing performance.

      By using motors and blades, as well as a reasonable air duct and circulation system, the temperature uniformity in the working room is minimized.

      The box adopts a circulating air duct, consisting of a multi blade centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The stainless steel electric heating tube heat source located inside the box supplies air to the working room through the air duct. After circulating in the working room, it is sucked in through another air duct to form circulating hot air, thus achieving uniform temperature in the working room.

      Adopting nickel chromium alloy stainless steel electric heater, it heats up quickly and has a long service life.

      3、 Air supply system:

      1. Forced convection air circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. After use, the hot air is sucked into the air duct as the source for further circulation heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity inside the box. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value.

      2. The motor is a long shaft heat-resistant type imported from Taiwan, China, China, with a power of 1HP 50Hz

      3. The fan is a multi blade turbine type with high strength, and is equipped with an adjustable guide vane inside, making the air flow path run more smoothly.
