      1Constant temperature vacuum drying test chamberTechnical principle:

      1. Require the vacuum chamber to be a completely sealed container, square in shape;

      2. Vacuum pumping principle: Connect a tube from a completely sealed vacuum chamber, pass it through a manual valve or solenoid, and then connect it to the vacuum pump's pumping port; When the required vacuum level is reached, stop the vacuum pump and close the manual valve or solenoid valve to maintain a certain vacuum level inside the box; Simultaneously install a vacuum gauge to display the vacuum level;

      3. After starting the vacuum pump, the vacuum pump compresses the air in the completely sealed container, making the pressure inside the box lower than the ambient pressure. Through the exhaust port, it is discharged into the environment, and all the air inside the box is extracted to achieve the vacuum effect; The lower the negative pressure, the higher the vacuum degree;

      When the air inside the box is completely restored, activate the inflation function to fill the box with ambient air at the same pressure as the environment, which means complete restoration;

      5. Use this cycle for vacuum testing.

      4、 Vacuum system

      5、 Nitrogen filling device

      1. Pressure regulating valve: controls the nitrogen pressure, and under normal use, the nitrogen pressure is adjusted to around 2.5 kilograms;

      2. Panel flowmeter: controls the size of nitrogen entering the box;

      3. The nitrogen pipeline enters directly behind the box, and an 8mm quick plug gas pipe interface is reserved at the pressure regulating valve;

      4. Note: Nitrogen is provided by the user.

      6、 Usage:

      1. First, evenly place the materials into the built-in baking tray in the oven, then insert the tray accurately into the grill cart and push it into the drying oven.

      2. Next, close the exhaust valve, close the vent valve, and close the box door. There are four locks on the vacuum oven that only lock the box door. At this point, we need to be careful not to turn the locking device too tightly when vacuuming, as it can easily cause the vacuum oven to fail to open after the drying process is completed.

      3. Then open the vacuum valve to evacuate, and according to the basic performance of the vacuum pump, evacuate to the limit value of the pressure gauge as the standard.

      4. After completely vacuuming, first close the vacuum valve. If the vacuum valve is not tightly closed, turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump directly.

      5. There is a drying cycle in the experiment, and each observation requires a certain interval. If the index on the pressure gauge drops, it indicates that a large amount of gas has been produced by the water molecules in the drying oven, and the vacuum pumping process can be carried out again.

      6. After the drying process is completed, the first step is to open the air valve and slowly introduce air. Wait until the pressure on the vacuum gauge drops to zero, then open the vacuum oven door and take out the material.
