      The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.

      The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer liner of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

      The water replenishment tank is located at the bottom right of the control box and has automatic water shortage protection, making it more convenient for operators to replenish water sources.

      The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and uses tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time.

      Separating the humidification system pipeline from the control circuit board can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage in the humidification pipeline and improve safety.

      1. System concept: Adopting the industry's temperature balance technology (cooling without heating), energy regulation technology is used to balance temperature control without the need for additional heating during cooling and low-temperature balance. Energy regulation technology, also known as PID control, regulates the flow rate of refrigerant by adjusting the mass of refrigerant entering the evaporator per unit time, in order to control the cooling power and thus control the temperature of the laboratory.

      2. Compared to the previous "balanced temperature control method" of heating and cooling at the same time, the energy consumption is very high. However, using this technology can greatly reduce the operating costs of customers and extend the life of compressors, which can save users a considerable amount of electricity expenses during the product life cycle (depending on the actual frequency of use by customers)

      3. Refrigeration hardware: Adopting the "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.

Low temperature piping: Low temperature piping uses oxygen free copper pipes and nitrogen filled welding (traditional methods use ordinary copper pipes, direct welding methods can easily produce oxides on the inner wall of the copper pipes, causing blockage of the refrigeration system and preventing or slowing down the cooling of the test chamber)

      There is a condensate drain tray at the bottom of the refrigeration system and it is discharged outside the box.

      8. Vibration reduction: Adopt compressor rubber pads or spring vibration reduction measures; The refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of adding R and elbows to avoid the deformation of copper pipes caused by vibration and temperature changes, which may cause the refrigeration system pipeline to rupture.

      9. Noise reduction: Special wave shaped sound-absorbing sponge is used for sound absorption.
