The D (DF DY MD) series of horizontal single suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pumps adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency and energy-saving products recommended by the country, and occupies a technical position in the industry. It has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance.
It can transport water without solid particles (abrasives), suspended solids, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It can also be achieved by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's flow passage), sealing the form, and adding a cooling system for transporting hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media, etc.
Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are mainly divided into the following types according to their usage scope:
D-type: Used for conveying clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature below 80 ° C. Suitable for use in mining factories and urban water supply and drainage engineering.
DF type: Used for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles at temperatures of -20 ° C to 150 ° C. The allowable inlet pressure of the pump is less than 0.6 MPa. Users can choose the material and sealing form of the pump reasonably according to the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature, and inlet pressure of the conveying medium.
DY type: used for transporting oil and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles, have a temperature of -20 ° C to 150 ° C, and a viscosity of less than 120 centixtles.
MD type: used for conveying neutral mine water and similar other media with solid particle content ≤ 15%, particle size ≤ 0.5mm, temperature ≤ 80C ° C.

Structural features:
The D DF DY MD pump series is a horizontal, single suction, segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump with a horizontal suction inlet and a vertical upward discharge outlet. The inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing body and other parts of the pump casing are connected together by tightening bolts. And select the number of pump stages based on the pump head. (The inlet and outlet directions of the water pump can be changed according to user needs.)
The rotor part of this series of pumps is mainly composed of a shaft and components such as impellers, shaft sleeves, balance disks, etc. installed on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of stages of the pump. The components on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to integrate with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearings vary in model and do not bear axial forces, which are balanced by a balance plate. The pump allows the rotor to move axially in the pump casing during operation, without using radial ball bearings. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and self-lubricating with oil rings, cooled by circulating water.
The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section of the pump are lubricated with molybdenum disulfide for sealing. A sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. are installed between the rotor and the fixed part for sealing. When the wear of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced.
There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. When most D MD pumps use packing seals, DF DY pumps generally use mechanical seals. When the pump adopts packing sealing, the position of the packing ring should be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, so that the liquid can leak out drop by drop. Various sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealing chamber, and a certain pressure of water should be introduced into the chamber to provide water sealing, cold water or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
This series of pumps is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the perspective of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
