process flow

　　After feeding raw materials of different formulas into the raw material warehouse, they enter the automatic batching and automatic mixing section, where agglomerated and granular raw materials are equipped with automatic crushing and crushing systems, as well as pulse dust removal systems. After uniform mixing, the raw materials are automatically discharged into the reaction kettle, and after stirring, chelation, emulsification, and filtering to remove impurities, they enter the finished liquid storage tank. The finished liquid materials are transported by the conveying pump to the filling machine for automatic metering and filling. There are models of filling machines with different numbers of filling rods, such as four head, six head, eight head, etc., to choose from. The filling rods can be lifted and filled at the same time, equipped with anti drip devices, adjustable filling speed and capacity, and automatically complete a series of automated operations such as counting the number of barrels and not filling without barrels.

Bottled filling systemSuitable for filling liquid fertilizer products within the capacity range of 100-1000ml. It can automatically complete bottle sorting and metering filling. When the weight inside the bottle reaches the set value, it will automatically stop filling. Under the push of the conveying system, the bottle will be discharged to the automatic capping, aluminum foil sealing, and coding labeling section. The automatic box opening machine will transport the empty box to the bottling section. When the box is filled with the set number of bottles, it will enter the box code association, box sealing and bundling, and robot box coding section to complete the finished product offline.Barrel filling systemSuitable for filling liquid fertilizer products in the capacity range of 5-30L in square barrels, round barrels, wide mouthed barrels, and small mouthed barrels. It can automatically complete the operation processes such as barrel loading, weighing and filling, capping/screwing, coding traceability, and robot coding of barrels. The finished products are transported and stored by forklifts.
