The water-soluble fertilizer production line can be roughly divided into several parts, including feeding, batching, crushing, mixing, dust removal, packaging, and palletizing.
The entire production line is the entire production process from ingredients to packaging, and efforts should be made to minimize manual labor, reduce time and costs as much as possible. Taking water-soluble fertilizers with a large amount of elements as an example, when producing water-soluble fertilizers in powder form, the following equipment is usually required:
1. Feeding system: material elevator, manual feeding platform, feeding port
The raw materials are lifted to the feeding platform by a hoist, and manually unpacked and fed. One type of raw material corresponds to one feeding bin.
2. Ingredient system: ingredient warehouse
The automatic batching system feeds materials from the feeding bin to the batching bin in sequence according to the set proportion and weight of raw materials, and mixes them after completing one batching.
3. Crushing system: vacuum elevator, urea crusher
The raw materials of some powder water-soluble fertilizers contain granular urea, which needs to be directly fed into the crusher from the ground through a vacuum elevator for easy mixing with other materials.
4. Mixing system: mixing mixer, finished product warehouse
The materials that have been mixed with ingredients are directly unloaded into the mixer, and are stirred and mixed evenly through a set time and force. The mixed materials then enter the finished product warehouse.
5. Dust removal system: bag dust removal equipment
Dust adsorption is carried out during feeding, batching, mixing, and packaging to prevent pollution.
6. Packaging equipment: conveyor belt, quantitative packaging machine, sealing machine
The materials in the finished product warehouse are independently packaged by a quantitative packaging machine, with manual bag clamping, automatic feeding, and automatic bag dropping. They are then transported by a conveyor belt to a sealing machine for heat sealing, suitable for conventional packaging bags such as PE bags and woven bags.
7. Stacking system: robotic arm
The water-soluble fertilizer product is shaped and transported to the buffer conveyor belt, and then transported to the waiting machine by the buffer conveyor. The robot cooperates with the weaving bag finger type mechanical gripper of * * *. Automatically grasp according to the trajectory and work according to the predetermined stacking layers and sequence based on the instructions issued by the waiting code machine. When a stack is finished, it will automatically output to the end and multiple storage stacks can be set. After loading a stack, it is automatically transported to the end for convenient transportation.
