　　The roller type urea crusher is an energy-saving fertilizer crusher developed by our factory. It is a crushing equipment in the fertilizer industry and has been widely used by many users. The market response is quite popular. This machine has the advantages of small footprint, fast crushing speed, high efficiency, easy operation, and low energy consumption. The models include 600, 800, and 1000, with an hourly output of 1-8t/h.

　　The main components of the urea crusher include the main shaft, rollers, concave plate, housing, frame support device, adjusting mechanism, feeding hopper, transmission part, etc. The urea crusher mainly uses the gap between the high-speed running drum and the concave plate for grinding and shearing, and the size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. The drum speed and diameter can be adjusted. After urea enters the equipment, the two drawing and pressing rollers rotate towards each other, squeezing and grinding the material. The crusher has fast crushing speed, controllable feeding amount, non stick rollers, and does not generate heat when crushing materials. There is no dust during production, and no need to add auxiliary dust removal equipment. The feeding port is equipped with a grille, which can prevent safe operation during material pouring and prevent large pieces of material or woven bags from entering. There are broken toothed rollers at the bottom of the grille, which can crush slightly larger pieces of material. Even with a small amount of clumping, it will not block and work continuously. There is a slanted discharge port (or a vertical discharge port can be set according to customer needs), which is a circular arc angle and does not store materials. The discharge port is welded with a circle of round steel for easy bundling. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion performance and is an ideal crushing equipment for the water-soluble fertilizer industry.
