The bagged powdered raw materials are manually moved to the feeding port, and the feeding port movable door is opened. The bag opening station fan is started to extract air and dust. After the material is fed from the feeding port, it falls by gravity into the lower material bin and is positively pressurized and transported to the mixer, while the dusty gas rises. During the process of entering the upper box through the filter, the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, while the gas enters the upper box through the filter bag tube and is discharged from the air outlet. With the increase of time, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and reducing its passability. At this time, the PLC control system starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggering the opening in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag instantly passes through the pulse valve and is sprayed into each hole of the spray pipe, and then sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the pipe; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.

2.1 Working principle
Negative pressure pneumatic conveying generally uses a fan as a power source to form a certain reverse pressure airflow. The material is sent along the pipeline to a high-level storage tank under the action of the airflow. A small amount of material and gas enter the dust collector, and through the action of filter bags, the powder and gas are separated, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere. Because the dust accumulated on the filter bag increases its resistance and reduces its passability, the PLC control system automatically starts the pulse valve each time.
