At this time, the PLC control system starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggering the opening in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag instantly passes through the pulse valve and is sprayed into each hole of the spray pipe, and then sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the pipe; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.
