The suspended dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, and over time, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and reducing its passability. At this time, the PLC control system starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggering the opening in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed through the pulse valve to each hole of the spray pipe, and then sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the pipe; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse action of the airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.
