　　Pre-construction preparation

　　1、 Before construction, safety technical education and disclosure should be carried out step by step, and all safety technical measures and personal protective equipment should be implemented. Construction should not be carried out without proper implementation.All work that can be done in advance on the ground must be done on the ground to minimize high-altitude operations.

　　2、 Safety signs, tools, instruments, electrical facilities, and various equipment used in high-altitude operations must be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition before they can be put into use.

　　3、 The seat belt should be inspected before use and undergo a static load test regularly (every 6 months) with a test load of 225 kilograms and a test time of 5 minutes. After the test, check for any deformation, breakage, etc., and keep a record of the test. Unqualified seat belts should be dealt with promptly. The seat belt is unqualified, damaged, and without inspection markings. If the team has unqualified seat belts or no labels, they must be replaced in a timely manner.

　　4、 Personnel engaged in high-altitude operations must undergo regular physical examinations. When diagnosed with heart disease, anemia, hypertension, epilepsy, acrophobia, and other diseases unsuitable for high-altitude operations, they are not allowed to engage in high-altitude work. It is prohibited to work at heights when staff members are found to be drinking alcohol or feeling lethargic.

　　5、 In case of strong wind of level 6 or above, rainstorm, thunder, fog and other severe weather, outdoor work at heights shall be stopped.

　　Be vigilant during construction

　　1、 The hook or rope of the seat belt should be hung on a sturdy and secure component or on a steel wire rope specifically designed for hanging the seat belt. Do not hang on moving or unstable objects.

　　2、 Objects with the possibility of falling should be removed or fixed first. All items used should be stacked steadily without obstructing passage and loading and unloading. Tools should be placed in the tool bag at hand, and dismantled objects, residual materials, and waste should be cleaned and transported away in a timely manner. When cleaning, transfer or rope lifting should be used, and throwing is prohibited.

　　3、 When working at heights, except for relevant personnel, no one is allowed to walk or linger below the work site. Fences or other protective devices should be installed below the work site to prevent falling objects from injuring people. If working on a grid platform, wooden boards should be laid to prevent tools and equipment from falling off.

　　4、 Do not throw tools and materials up and down. They should be securely tied with ropes and lifted downwards or upwards to avoid injuring the workers below or damaging the scaffolding.

　　5、 When both upper and lower levels are working simultaneously, a tight and secure protective partition, canopy or other isolation facilities must be erected in the middle, and workers must wear safety helmets.

　　6、 All safety protection facilities and safety signs, etc. No one is allowed to damage or move or dismantle it without authorization.

　　7、 When defects or hidden dangers are found in the safety technical facilities for high-altitude operations during construction, they must be reported immediately and resolved in a timely manner. When personal safety is endangered, the operation must be stopped immediately.
