The precision slit extrusion coating die head can produce thin coatings and transparent optical coatings, while keeping the coating amount within the tolerance range. The precision slit extrusion coating die head can control the coating amount on the entire width within a tolerance variation range of about 5% when the coating thickness is thin. The narrow gap coating die head lip is fixed, and interchangeable gap control plates are used to change the thickness and width of the coating.
